2. Hosting (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify processes technically necessary server log data (including IP address, date and time of access, browser type) to deliver the website and keep it stable and secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable operation). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More: netlify.com/privacy.

3. Inquiry form

If you use our inquiry form, we process the data you provide (event name, email address, expected finisher count) solely to handle your inquiry and the communication that follows. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Submissions are transmitted and stored via Netlify Forms (see section 2). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for the inquiry, unless statutory retention periods apply.

4. Fonts

This website uses web fonts that are hosted locally on our own server. No connection to Google or any other third-party font provider is established when you visit this site, and no data is transmitted to font providers.

5. External images (Unsplash)

Some images are loaded from Unsplash (Unsplash Inc., Canada), which transmits your IP address to Unsplash. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. More: unsplash.com/privacy.
